  Abysmal service.
  One telephone number with 6 options for 6 people NONE of whom answer their phone EVER and you have to leave a voicemail and NONE of them EVER call back!!!
  How on earth does this company make any money if they never pick up the phone or return calls or emails?
  I needed a quote for a 160ft garden and so would have been a good earner for them but seeing as that they cannot be bothered to return a single phone call or even reply to an email I have taken my business elsewhere.
  I really thought Frosts would have been a professional reliable company-thank goodness I didn't get a chance to employ them- they would have likely never turned up and let me down!!! Abysmal service.
